Just finished "Trixie and the Pandas of Dread" by Eugie Foster over at Apex. This is a light-hearted piece that frankly caught my eye because of the mention of pandas. I admit it. They're cute. Especially with wings. Stories of lesser gods being trendy seem odd to me and this one was no exception. I was not charmed by the hip references to today's social technologies. Recommended, though, if only for the charm of pandas.
